Every conversation begins with you — where you are, what you are carrying, and what genuinely needs attention right now.
I take time to understand what has brought you to coaching before anything else. From there, I draw on established coaching processes and tools when they serve your thinking — not as a formula, but as a resource. The work is shaped around you, not the other way around.
Session Format & Availability
Sessions are conducted online, with in-person meetings available where geography allows. Appointments are available during the week, including evenings — online only — along with limited weekend hours.
The intention is simple: to make coaching a realistic commitment alongside the responsibilities of a full and busy life.
