“A woman with a voice is by definition a strong voice. But the search to find that voice can be remarkably difficult”
– Melinda French Gates
ABOUT ME
I know what it means to hold many roles and carry them well — while something quieter goes unattended within.
For years, I was deeply committed to meeting expectations as a wife, a mother, and a working woman. I kept things moving. People were supported. Life, by most measures, worked.
Over time, I realised I had become disconnected from the woman who once held expansive dreams. Not dramatically. Just gradually, and quietly.
I was capable, reliable, and outwardly effective. But much of my decision-making had become reactive: shaped by expectation, habit, and momentum rather than clarity or conscious choice.
What I needed was space to slow down and think clearly. To understand the beliefs, assumptions, and patterns that had been quietly running my life. From that understanding came clarity. From clarity came self-trust. And from self-trust, a grounded sense of agency I hadn’t felt in years.
Today I choose deliberately. Not because life has become simpler, but because I know myself well enough to navigate it on my own terms.
A life lived on purpose, with purpose.
This is the foundation of my coaching.

My own coaching journey changed things at a level I hadn’t anticipated. The clarity and self-understanding it brought has fundamentally shifted how I live and work, and over time, reshaped the direction of my life entirely.
From that experience came a clear recognition of the value of this work. I chose to train, study, and equip myself professionally as a coach: not from a sense of calling, but from a commitment to offering it with depth and integrity to other women.
